The Paddington Complexity Scale (PCS) is a type of ASSESSMENT TOOL.
The Paddington Complexity Scale is a 13-item, clinician-rated scale which records:
- case complexity
 - duration and severity of main problems
 - involvement in education and looked-after systems and the number of different agencies involved
 
Each variable is scored on presence/absence or severity if present, and a total score is calculated.
